1. To demonstrate and portray the love of Jesus Christ in a visible and tangible manner, to the people of the Devine Texas area, through benevolence projects, with a particular focus on home repair and property improvement.
2. To improve housing for those of who are unable to afford home repair.  These include people who are of low-income, the elderly, and home-owners with disabilities.  They are selected based on their need and available resources required. 
3. To organize efforts of skilled and unskilled volunteers and the distribution of supplies and materials of merchants and manufacturers, along with the allocation of financial gifts for the completion of benevolent home repair and property improvement projects.
4. To further the mission of the Devine Ministerial Fellowship by providing assistance to individuals and families in need throughout the Devine area.
5. Mission Devine is a ministry of the Devine Ministerial Fellowship, a not-for-profit organization.  While Mission Devine elects its own officers, and sets its own policies, it operates under the authority of the Devine Ministerial Fellowship, in accordance with that organization’s mission statement.

Since 2006, the mission of Snowball Express has been a simple, yet profoundly important one: Providing hope and new happy memories to the children of military fallen heroes who have died while on active duty since 9/11. In December each year we bring children together from all over the world for a four-day experience filled with fun activities, like sporting events, dances, amusement parks and more.

Nationally, Snowball Express provides comprehensive support programs for fallen families that are focused on transition and connections to community resources, healing and wellness, peer engagement, education and personal/professional development programs.
